Policies

All classes are open to individuals ages 16 and up. Participants who are under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian come into the studio in person to sign a liability and consent form before they can attend class. At this time, we are unable to accommodate students under the age of 16 in our regular classes.
Age Requirement
Bookings
To avoid incurring a $5 fee, please ensure that any class cancellations are made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. A $10 fee will be charged for all no shows. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may only join the class at the instructor's discretion, to ensure the safety of the individual.
If a class has only one single sign-up, it will be canceled. Be sure to bring your friends along to avoid class cancellations if you're the only one enrolled! Please note: this does not apply to Pole 3.0 and Lyra 3.0 classes, which will still be held regardless of single sign-up attendance.
Open Gym
By reserving a spot in Open Pole / Open Aerial, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Students who require specific apparatuses to be set up, adjusted, or changed must arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for these accommodations. This is to ensure that any setup needs are addressed without disrupting ongoing classes.
Open gyms are for a self-guided training and are not structured classes. While students are welcome to explore movement during this time, they acknowledge that they are practicing at their own risk. It is strongly encouraged that students focus on skills they have been properly taught and can execute with control. Attempting unfamiliar or advanced movements without prior instruction increases the risk of injury, and students accept full responsibility for their safety and decision making during open gym times.
Additionally, students agree to respect the boundaries of open gyms by refraining from coaching, teaching, or instructing other participants. This policy is in place to prioritize safety, maintain a supportive environment, and uphold the integrity of our instructional structure.
