Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a deposit of $50 is required to be paid online upon booking. The remaining balance of $149.99 is to be paid via Venmo or Zelle at the time of the party. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellation, rescheduling, or booking changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Deposit Policy: The $50 deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If cancellation, rescheduling, or booking changes are made with at least 24 hours notice, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within a specified time frame, subject to availability. Late Arrival: Please note that late arrival may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply. Payment Methods: Payment of the remaining balance can be made via Venmo or Zelle at the time of the party. Please ensure payment is completed prior to the start of the session. Refunds: Deposit refund will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Image Consent: I hereby grant consent to Jade X Fusion Fitness and its representatives to record or photograph my image while in the studio premises. I understand that these recordings or photographs may be used by Jade X Fusion Fitness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online posting on social media platforms, the official website, or other marketing materials. I acknowledge that the images captured may be shared with the public. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership to these images and release Jade X Fusion Fitness from any liability arising from their use.
