Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, bookings, and rescheduling available minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled time. All parties must provide their own photographer and equipment. All participating parties must sign a liability waiver upon entering premises. I hereby grant consent to Jade X Fusion Fitness and its representatives to record or photograph my image while in the studio premises. I understand that these recordings or photographs may be used by Jade X Fusion Fitness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online posting on social media platforms, the official website, or other marketing materials. I acknowledge that the images captured may be disseminated to the public and may be accessible worldwide. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership to these images and release Jade X Fusion Fitness from any liability arising from their use. I affirm that I am over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to grant this consent.
