Membership
The Kids Aerial Program is a month-to-month membership designed for children ages 8–15. Parents and guardians may cancel their child's membership at any time without penalty. However, no refunds will be issued once a student has attended their first class, as participation constitutes acceptance of the membership and reserves a spot in this limited-capacity program.
Booking Policy
Parent or legal guardian are responsible for booking classes through their child's account prior to attendance. Class registration and cancellations must be completed at least 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. A $10 fee will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may only be permitted to participate at the instructor's discretion to ensure a safe learning environment.
Class Attire for Safety
For student safety, proper aerial attire is required for all Kids Aerial classes. Students should wear fitted, comfortable athletic clothing that covers the legs, midriff, and armpits to help protect the skin from friction burns, pinching, and skin tears while using aerial apparatuses.No jewelry or clothing with zippers, metal buttons, Velcro, or other exposed hardware is permitted, as these items may cause injury or damage the aerial equipment. Long hair must be securely pulled back during class to prevent it from becoming caught or tangled in the aerial fabric. Please avoid hair clips or other hard hair accessories that could cause injury or snag the equipment. These attire requirements are for safety and skin protection and are not intended as a restrictive dress code. Enrolling Multiple Kids?
Each child will need their own Wix account and profile for individual class booking. If you wish to enroll more than one child, please create a separate account for each child and purchase their Kids Aerial membership through their respective account.

Liability Waiver
A parent or legal guardian must sign a physical liability waiver before the student's first class. Students will not be permitted to participate until all required forms have been completed. Parents may drop off their children for class but must be present for pickup at the conclusion of the scheduled class time.
Photography and Video Acknowledgment
Parents and guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may occasionally be taken by Jade X Fusion Fitness staff, instructors, students, or other parents while on studio premises. Such images may be used by Jade X Fusion Fitness for promotional purposes, including social media, the studio website, and marketing materials. Additionally, students may appear incidentally in photos or videos captured by third parties. Jade X Fusion Fitness cannot control or monitor the distribution of content created by third parties and is not responsible for the use, sharing, or publication of such images or recordings by individuals outside of its direct control.
