Cancellation Policy

To avoid incurring a $5 fee, please ensure that any class cancellations are made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. A $10 fee will be charged for all no shows. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may only join the class at the instructor's discretion, to ensure the safety of the individual. If a class has only one single sign-up, it will be canceled. Be sure to bring your friends along to avoid class cancellations if you're the only one enrolled! Please note: This does not apply to Pole 3.0 and Lyra 3.0 classes, which will still be held regardless of attendance. All participating parties must sign a liability waiver upon entering premises and agree that I too will fulfil this requirement upon entering. I hereby grant consent to Jade X Fusion Fitness and its representatives to record or photograph my image while in the studio premises. I understand that these recordings or photographs may be used by Jade X Fusion Fitness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online posting on social media platforms, the official website, or other marketing materials. I acknowledge that the images captured may be disseminated to the public and may be accessible worldwide. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership to these images and release Jade X Fusion Fitness from any liability arising from their use. I affirm that I am over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to grant this consent.
